Is this really free? What is the catch?
There is no catch. This course is 100% free. At the core of the Monk Manual mission is a desire to serve people and help them live fuller lives—this is one way we hope to accomplish that mission.

How much time do I need to commit to the course?
Each day we will send a you a new video. Most videos are under 5 minutes in length. While we will have occasional exercises and tools that accompany the day’s lesson you should expect to spend less than 10 minutes a day.

Can I invite others?
Yes. While this course was designed to serve our current Monk Manual users, anyone interested in growing in being and doing can benefit from the course. While the Monk Manual will be referenced—it is not a requirement. If you would like to invite others simply share this sign up page with them.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the course?
If you haven't already we invite you to read through The 10 Principles (at MonkManual.com) prior to taking the course. We also suggest setting aside a 10 minute block on your schedule every day to follow the course.
